  20#精密(mi)鋼管熱處(chu)理工藝

  精密鋼管前奏

  真空退(tui)火(huo)(huo)優質彈簧(huang)鋼、工(gong)具鋼、精密鋼管的絲材(cai)(cai),不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼制品及鈦合金(jin)材(cai)(cai),作光亮退(tui)火(huo)(huo)均可采(cai)用真空處理。退(tui)火(huo)(huo)溫度(du)愈低,則要求真空度(du)愈高。為防止鉻的蒸發及加(jia)(jia)速熱傳導(dao),一(yi)般采(cai)用載氣加(jia)(jia)熱(保溫)法,并注(zhu)意對不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼和(he)鈦合金(jin)不(bu)宜用氮而應(ying)采(cai)用氬(ya)氣。

  精密鋼管過程

  真(zhen)空(kong)淬(cui)火(huo)真(zhen)空(kong)淬(cui)火(huo)爐(lu)(lu)按冷(leng)(leng)卻方(fang)法分為(wei)(wei)油(you)(you)淬(cui)和(he)(he)氣(qi)(qi)淬(cui)兩類,按工(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)數(shu)分為(wei)(wei)單(dan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)式和(he)(he)雙(shuang)室(shi)(shi)(shi)式,904山\畏嘲(chao)均屬周期式作業爐(lu)(lu)。真(zhen)空(kong)油(you)(you)淬(cui)爐(lu)(lu)都(dou)是(shi)雙(shuang)室(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de),后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)室(shi)(shi)(shi)置(zhi)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)元件,前(qian)(qian)室(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)下方(fang)置(zhi)油(you)(you)槽。工(gong)件完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)、保溫后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)移入(ru)前(qian)(qian)室(shi)(shi)(shi),關閉(bi)中(zhong)(zhong)門后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)向前(qian)(qian)室(shi)(shi)(shi)充入(ru)惰性氣(qi)(qi)至大約2.66%26times;lO ~1.01%26times;10 Pa(200~760mm汞柱(zhu)),入(ru)油(you)(you)。油(you)(you)淬(cui)易引起(qi)工(gong)件表(biao)(biao)面變(bian)質。由于(yu)表(biao)(biao)面活性大,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)短暫的(de)(de)(de)高溫油(you)(you)膜(mo)作用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)下即(ji)可(ke)發(fa)生(sheng)顯著薄層滲碳,此(ci)外,碳黑(hei)和(he)(he)油(you)(you)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)表(biao)(biao)面的(de)(de)(de)粘附對簡(jian)化熱(re)處理流程(cheng)很不(bu)利(li)。真(zhen)空(kong)淬(cui)火(huo)技術的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)主要在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)于(yu)研制性能優(you)良(liang)、工(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)冷(leng)(leng)淬(cui)火(huo)爐(lu)(lu)。前(qian)(qian)述雙(shuang)室(shi)(shi)(shi)式爐(lu)(lu)亦可(ke)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)淬(cui)(在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)前(qian)(qian)室(shi)(shi)(shi)噴氣(qi)(qi)冷(leng)(leng)卻),但雙(shuang)工(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)式的(de)(de)(de)操(cao)作使大批量(liang)裝爐(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)發(fa)生(sheng)困難,也易在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)高溫移動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)引起(qi)工(gong)件變(bian)形或改變(bian)工(gong)件方(fang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)淬(cui)火(huo)變(bian)形。單(dan)一(yi)工(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)冷(leng)(leng)淬(cui)火(huo)爐(lu)(lu)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)保溫完成(cheng)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)室(shi)(shi)(shi)內噴氣(qi)(qi)冷(leng)(leng)卻。氣(qi)(qi)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)速(su)不(bu)如油(you)(you)冷(leng)(leng)快,也低于(yu)傳(chuan)統(tong)淬(cui)火(huo)法中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)熔鹽等溫、分級(ji)淬(cui)火(huo)。因而,不(bu)斷提(ti)高噴冷(leng)(leng)室(shi)(shi)(shi)壓(ya)力(li),增(zeng)大流量(liang),以及采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)摩(mo)爾質量(liang)比氮和(he)(he)氬小的(de)(de)(de)惰性氣(qi)(qi)體氦(hai)和(he)(he)氫,是(shi)當今真(zhen)空(kong)淬(cui)火(huo)技術發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)主流。70年代(dai)(dai)(dai)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)期將氮氣(qi)(qi)噴冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)從(cong)(1~2)%26times;10Pa提(ti)高到(5~6)%26times;10Pa,使冷(leng)(leng)卻能力(li)接(jie)近(jin)于(yu)常壓(ya)下的(de)(de)(de)油(you)(you)冷(leng)(leng)。80年代(dai)(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)期出現超高壓(ya)氣(qi)(qi)淬(cui),用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(10~20)%26times;10Pa的(de)(de)(de)氦(hai),冷(leng)(leng)卻能力(li)等于(yu)或略高于(yu)油(you)(you)淬(cui),已進入(ru)工(gong)業實用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。90年代(dai)(dai)(dai)初采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)40%26times;10Pa的(de)(de)(de)氫氣(qi)(qi),接(jie)近(jin)水(shui)淬(cui)的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻能力(li),尚(shang)處于(yu)起(qi)步階段(duan)。工(gong)業發(fa)達國家(jia)已進展(zhan)到以高壓(ya)(5~6)%26times;10。Pa氣(qi)(qi)淬(cui)為(wei)(wei)主體,而中(zhong)(zhong)國產(chan)氣(qi)(qi)淬(cui)一(yi)些(xie)金屬的(de)(de)(de)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(理論(lun)值)與溫度的(de)(de)(de)關系則尚(shang)處于(yu)一(yi)般(ban)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)氣(qi)(qi)淬(cui)(2%26times;10Pa)型階段(duan)。

  結果真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)為(wei)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)一(yi)淬火工(gong)(gong)藝曲(qu)線(xian)。在(zai)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)中加熱(re)到(dao)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)溫(wen)度(du)(du)并保(bao)溫(wen)使表面凈化、活化之后(hou)(hou),通(tong)入(ru)稀薄滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)富化氣(qi)(qi)(見控(kong)制(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)氛熱(re)處理),在(zai)大約(yue)1330Pa(10T0rr)負壓下進行滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)入(ru),然后(hou)(hou)停(ting)氣(qi)(qi)(降壓)進行擴散(san)。滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)后(hou)(hou)的(de)精密鋼(gang)管淬火采用(yong)一(yi)次(ci)淬火法,即先(xian)停(ting)電,通(tong)氮冷(leng)卻工(gong)(gong)件至(zhi)臨界點A,、以下,使內部發生相(xiang)變,再停(ting)氣(qi)(qi)、開泵,升(sheng)溫(wen)到(dao)Ac1,~Accm之間(jian)。淬冷(leng)方法可采用(yong)氣(qi)(qi)冷(leng)或油(you)冷(leng)。后(hou)(hou)者為(wei)奧氏(shi)體(ti)化后(hou)(hou)移(yi)入(ru)前室,充氮至(zhi)常(chang)壓,入(ru)油(you)。真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)一(yi)般高(gao)(gao)于普通(tong)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan),常(chang)采用(yong)920~1040℃滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)入(ru)和擴散(san)可按所(suo)示分兩階段,也可用(yong)脈沖(chong)式(shi)通(tong)氣(qi)(qi)、停(ting)氣(qi)(qi),多段式(shi)的(de)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)一(yi)擴相(xiang)間(jian),效果更好(hao)。由于溫(wen)度(du)(du)高(gao)(gao),尤其表面潔凈、有活性,真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)層(ceng)形成速度(du)(du)比普通(tong)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)、液體(ti)和固體(ti)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)快,如要求(qiu)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)層(ceng)為(wei)1mm時(shi),在(zai)927℃只需5h,而1033℃僅(jin)需1h。

  精密(mi)鋼管硬(ying)度與(yu)變形

  取兩(liang)塊(kuai)式樣(yang),一塊(kuai)用(yong)于(yu)研(yan)究不(bu)同形(xing)變程度(du)(du)對(dui)硬度(du)(du)的影響,另(ling)一塊(kuai)研(yan)究不(bu)同溫度(du)(du)對(dui)性(xing)能的影響。

  冷(leng)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)強(qiang)(qiang)化在(zai)(zai)實際生產(chan)中(zhong)具有(you)重要的(de)(de)意義。首先這是一(yi)種重要的(de)(de)強(qiang)(qiang)化材料(liao)的(de)(de)手(shou)段,尤(you)其對用(yong)熱處理不(bu)能強(qiang)(qiang)化的(de)(de)材料(liao)來說,顯得(de)更為重要。其次,冷(leng)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)強(qiang)(qiang)化有(you)利于金屬的(de)(de)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)均(jun)勻。因(yin)為精(jing)密(mi)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)的(de)(de)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)部分產(chan)生硬化,將使變(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)向未變(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)或(huo)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)較少的(de)(de)部分繼(ji)續發展。第三(san),冷(leng)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)強(qiang)(qiang)化可以提高構(gou)件(jian)(jian)在(zai)(zai)使用(yong)過(guo)程中(zhong)的(de)(de)安全性,構(gou)件(jian)(jian)一(yi)旦超載,產(chan)生塑(su)性變(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing),由于強(qiang)(qiang)化作用(yong),可防止構(gou)件(jian)(jian)突然斷(duan)裂(lie)。但是,冷(leng)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)強(qiang)(qiang)化也給精(jing)密(mi)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)的(de)(de)繼(ji)續變(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)帶來困難,甚至出現裂(lie)紋。因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)(zai)精(jing)密(mi)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)和加工(gong)過(guo)程中(zhong)常進行"中(zhong)間退(tui)火",以消除(chu)它的(de)(de)不(bu)利影響(xiang)。
